If I'm not mistaken, you can purchase selective grass killers that only target the Bermuda. You can also buy non-selective killers that kill everything. You can treat the Bermuda only but at this point, it's a little late in the season to overseed with fescue due to the temps. You need consistent 60+ degree temps for the seeds to grow so you'll need to wait til the spring.
