There should be 2 nuts holding the fixture, once removed there will be 1 black (hot) 1 white (neutral) and 1 bare or green (ground) if there is a red wire leave it in the nut, ......that sounds vulgar Anyway, just connect the wires to their corresponding color and make sure the nuts are tight. Oh yeah, like lynn said turn off da juice.
