I crashed in a JR mesh jacket and pants.
Held up better than I expected.
Of course if I was wearing leather I wouldn't have had a scratch.
You have to make the call if the trade-off is worth it to you.
I agree w/ you, when it is hot it takes the fun out riding...so I wore the mesh.
If I was to go out for a spirited ride I would def rather wear the leather and sweat...
