I saw a news blurb about Michael Lock, (CEO, DNA), talking about boosting Ducati's presence in the AMA road racing venue. I fired off an e-mail with a bunch of recommendations...and I'll be darned if I didn't get a response from the man himself in a couple of hours. This is encouraging!

Besides racing, I mentioned the current dealer/parts fiasco and some other customer service issues. His response was that much was going on behind the scenes and to stay tuned for further developments... It sounds like they have the right man for the job...this time.
