For the exhaust, maybe get a clamp of some sort for it, it seems like its just rattling back and forth, so I think a heavy duty clamp will keep it steady

For the leak, my guess would be a gasket, which one? Well you'd have to clean up the engine (around where its leaking) with some degreaser, and then run the engine (not sure how long it will take) and see where it begins to leak from, at least this is what I would do
