I'd love to see what my machine on mr12 would do in a straight line..

If i didn't have a DCJS license to worry about, I would be down.

I watch video of Pro-Am guys like this and wonder well what planet do AMA / WSBK guys live on, and then what Universe do MotoGP guys live on?!

“Any man who tries to be good all the time is bound to come to ruin among the great number who are not good. Hence a Prince who wants to keep his authority must learn how not to be good, and use that knowledge, or refrain from using it, as necessity requires”.

- Nicolo Machiavelli 1469-1527

One thing I notice about the faster leagues is how comfortable they are being in close proximity to other riders. They all take the same line like a train. Not so much in the Pro-Am..

Also, in my videos I notice how much distance I give up and recover when chasing someone. After I pass them I often catch up to the next guy quickly and then the fight to pass them repeats.

Fast guys I race with and watch are far more comfortable. Like watching Jody Barry just fly around people at any section of the track. It's impressive.

Yeah the "aliens" out there make it seem so easy. That's seems to be the sign of a fast rider.

When you get into lane sharing at 200 mph on the street, lower speeds typically found on track days plus everyone is in full gear plus no minivans etc help reduce your sense of speed. When everything seems slower an easier you can usually make improvements.

You can get that with "wide view" or "soft eyes." Kind of gazing or sort of zoning out, almost like you're staring at one of those 3d pictures at the mall. It has worked for me... when I can force myself to do it.
