Sad ending.

“Any man who tries to be good all the time is bound to come to ruin among the great number who are not good. Hence a Prince who wants to keep his authority must learn how not to be good, and use that knowledge, or refrain from using it, as necessity requires”.

The victim of the fatal motorcycle crash has been identified as 39-year-old Simon Chang, of Ashburn.
(Original release date: August 23, 2019)

Motorcycle Crash Results in Fatality

Fair Oaks Police District – Detectives from our Crash Reconstruction Unit are investigating after a man was found dead near a motorcycle yesterday around 1:56 p.m. Officers responded to the 4900 block of Alliance Drive in Fairfax after a groundskeeper found the wreckage and the body of an obviously deceased man nearby.
Preliminary, detectives believe the operator was riding a motorcycle from Lee Highway to northbound Fairfax County Parkway when the motorcycle ran off the right shoulder of the ramp and came to rest in a wooded area adjacent to a runoff pond. Detectives have found no indication that any other vehicles were involved and have not determined if speed or alcohol were factors. Positive identification will be made by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
Anyone with information about this crash is asked to contact our Crash Reconstruction Unit at 703-280-0543.
