In addition to what you mentioned in your first post and what others have offered I would change the chain and sprockets and either new tires or DO NOT ride it hard for quite some time when you first get it so you have some time to gauge the quality of the tires.

All fluids need to be changed, brakes system needs to be flushed and checked for proper application and release of the calipers, cycle forks and check for leakage from seals, all the other stuff mentioned above, plus a bunch of stuff I'm forgetting at the moment.
