Dublin Rd on the POR route - November 1, 2008, 08:21 PM

Okay people, be careful on Dublin Rd over the next couple weeks if you are doing the POR route. Today some asshole homeowner actually tried to grab Totnac (he was able to avoid him) and then managed to jump in front of and grab Interceptor, getting knocked down as a result. If he is willing to run out in front of moving bikes who knows what he's capable of...I wouldn't put it past him to put gravel or who-knows-what down on the road.

Just a heads up...

I'm hoping there's more to this....like an ass whooping?

ALL MY HEROES ARE RUSSIAN...GO CAPS!

Well you see, Norm, itís like thisÖA herd of buffalo can only move as fast as the slowest buffalo. And when the herd is hunted, it is the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first. This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members. In much the same way, the human brain can only operate as fast as the slowest brain cells. Now, as we know, excessive intake of alcohol kills brain cells. But naturally, it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first. In this way, regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine. And that, Norm, is why you always feel smarter after a few beers.-Cliff Claven

Damn. Hope the rider is ok. Also hope a police report was filed. Police take a dim view of vigilanties or crazy people jumping at moving vehicles. If there was any damage done the home owner would be held responsible for it.

The rider didn't go down but the homeowner took a tumble.

I am ready to meet my maker but is my maker ready for the ordeal of meeting me...
