need a place to test my bikes top speed - September 2, 2010, 07:32 AM

anyone know a place with few cops and traffic and a good straight to test my bikes top end?

im in maryland near towson. let me know guys!

I recommend a place with no cops and no traffic. I hear Summit Point might have what you're looking for--the back straight on Main. Don't forget the GPS unit to record speed.

Or if you are genuinely interested in top speed shootouts, talk to shiphteey on dcsportbikes.com.

He looks like a big dude around 160-180 lbs, medium build, young in the 18-23 year age group.

Then again, all you have to do is go in a straight line...should be easy enough, just twist the throttle and tuck in....just make sure no deer/random critters ain't trying to cross the road at some ungodly hour of the night.
