Oakton Speed Traps - August 1, 2007, 01:52 PM

I didnt get busted, but i did pull over and talk to one of the officers this morning. The residence of Oakton have asked for increased police patrols and speeds traps to combat the high speed traffic. I live on Stuart Mill and there are TONS of cars traveling at 50+ mph in a 30/35.

This morning there were motorcycle police on Stuart Mill (in two different areas) and on Vale. I'd expect to see them out there for the next couple of weeks.

Awwwww.

There are a couple of good very quick and short loops you can make out of those roads (Oakton Waples Mill, Vale, etc).

Gotta warn the guys.

Good lookin out.

What assinine residents complain and ask for tax collectors near their house?
I hope those same residents get tickets rushing to work one day.

You always hear that residents complain. I wonder how true that is.
