I need a "Bung Hole" installed - March 13, 2009, 07:56 PM



In my headers so I can install my Wide Band 2 sensor... Can anyone do this? How much? PM me.


There is a flat spot there just waiting to have a hole in it...

I'd do it for free, but I don't have TIG right now only MIG (would still work good), that and you are way out in the boonies... I am sure someone closer can hook you up.

lol i was gonna link you that install write up on gixxer.com, but i see you already found it.

what was that plug for on microfiche on ronayers? is that just the hole where you have to weld the bung on? teaser hole...man that sucks..long as ur weld doesn't look like that one dudes hahaha

That plug looks like it holds the valve in place.. Its too small for the o2 sensor anyways...

That one dudes weld does look pretty gnarly, but like he said, ya can't see it unless your lookin...

If the bike is still together, ride it to Rt601. I'll do it for you. (eh, welding that is.) Mig welding for me. No charge, but forcing you to take a nice ride to the west.

I have the same issue as Jaxxx.

Need to install the wideband o2 bung into my headers.

Anyone know of a good shop or someone else that can help me out?
