Post Jettin', needlin', K&Nin', and air boxin' - March 5, 2009, 07:16 AM

Got the jet kit for my KLR650. I thought the previous owner/shop had used a drill bit that was too large when drilling out the slide. Turns out it was too small which was good. Drilled it again and cleaned it up.

Removed old main jet and replaced it with a 150:

Stock and new needle:

Replaced the 8 cheapo Phillips head screws with Allen head bolts because I'm cool like that:

Cleaned up the K&N:

Added some vents to the airbox door:

As soon as the UPS man brings my throttle cable I can put this thing back on the road and test. Bwwwaaaaaappppppp.
