i have made a special order of Samco hoses a few weeks ago but i havent thought of the fact that the OEM right hand hose of the zx12r is actually touching the engine and it has heat protection tube on top. what should i do should i go and find a firewall sleeve and add it on top of the hose or just place them the way they will come from the factory?

If by "heat protection tube" you mean a hard metal section of tube that replaces the rubber section for a given lenth then I would cut out the required length from your Samco replacement and use the metal tube with your new hoses.

Your hose kit may come with the proper alocations for your bike. If not, I would replace the hose and cut out the required length and install the heat protection tube. If it is just a aluminun/tin heat shield around the hose, take that off of your factory one and put it on the Samco.
