Alright - brakes are still chattering, but not as bad as before -

Playing card in spokes sound is now coming from both wheels and once over 55mph, there's a vibration with a 1 second timing coming from the front wheel.

I really don't want to take it in, but any thoughts???

If you have a chain guard on your bike...it could be missing a bolt or somehow loose, so check that. But you'll never see where the problem is coming from if you keep sitting on the bike or looking around while its parked. So, have someone roll it back and forth in neutral and look under the bike.

DT...trade it in for a Yamaha!

You may want to take it in just to be safe.
