How big a job is it to replace an oil pan on a 1993 Honda CBR600F2? A friend of mine was quoted what I think is a ridiculous price, and was just wondering. I guess you have to remove the exhaust, but that doesn't seem like too big a deal. I know that on my VFR there are a few things that require inspection occassionally, such as the oil pressure relief valve and so I would think it makes sense to go ahead and do that while you're in there. Along with replacing the packing in the oil strainer. Some new o-rings and sealant. How much would be reasonable? Am i missing something?
