on my part of the forum how do i keep the topics at the same place instead of moving around i wanna keep the welcome center for my club at the top and lock some things in position..

what is the best way to put everything in order there and make it sticky......and instead of calling the forum stunt groups can you call it Bike Clubs not all my members stunt....... they might all try..... but you know what i mean..
