Thats what i was thinking. I live in an apartment and have 3 motorcycles and two cars. I can not do any major work on any of them in the building. This would be so perfect for anybody in the area that likes to work on their own stuff.

If you guys were closer, I might be able to justify this but I don't get shit done as it is so I'm pretty sure that the drive out there would kill any remaining motivation I might have.

I'd do it if someone gave me something to work on.

ALL MY HEROES ARE RUSSIAN...GO CAPS!

Well you see, Norm, itís like thisÖA herd of buffalo can only move as fast as the slowest buffalo. And when the herd is hunted, it is the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first. This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members. In much the same way, the human brain can only operate as fast as the slowest brain cells. Now, as we know, excessive intake of alcohol kills brain cells. But naturally, it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first. In this way, regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine. And that, Norm, is why you always feel smarter after a few beers.-Cliff Claven

I'm surprised no one has jumped on this. I was just over there dropping some race glass for Desmo and the space they have there is awesome. Great little shop space. If I were still in Shirlington I'd be all over this.

As an update, we have a new garage member: pnbell. Pete was actually the guy who originally spearheaded the garage-share idea, so it's good to have him.

We are open to getting a fourth person on the share. It will make the price $150/month + utilities. We no longer have a car in there, so there is significantly more space. I'll take some pictures this weekend.

Still looking for a fourth person for $150/month plus utilities. Some photos of the garage without a land yacht:
