It's a bit short on useful details but I wouldn't say it's crap. I think the OP was trying to convey that the front brake provides the loins share of stopping power.

Trailing your rear brake when negotiating slow speed maneuvers such as a "u-turn" helps immensely..... why not just add something positive instead of making it a shit throwing contest? I swear .net has turned into a fuckin joke with the new generation of internet cool guts that always know better then the next... swallow your pride and contribute something!
