DT had mentioned this a while back about maybe getting together with the more experienced riders to see about learning how to do hard braking.
I know any joe shmoe can hit the brakes, but when it comes time to actually use this technique, I don't want to do the wrong thing and end up over my handle bars...so, I was wondering if anything came of this?

Thanks

Way to stay incommunicado with the wife Chris... I will not be seeking marital advice from you on this subject bro

I'm down for this Saturday. Got my class on Sunday so Sunday is out. Worse case scenario - everyone shows up and starts attempting to throw themselves over the front end of the bikes (it's not that hard, TRUST ME). Maybe Steve will show up and save the day???

LadyK: "Is it a bird?? A plane??"

Devious: "Silly girl - it's Steve come to save the day!!!"

(SteveZX9 rolls up and surveys the group's skills in one superhuman glance...)

Steve: "Not a problem - everyone but DT line up over at the end of the parking lot."

DT: "Nice... Individual lessons..."

Steve: "DT - take your sorry, uncoordinated ass home. When you figure out where the front brake lever is, call me. There's no hope for you Son, I'm sorry. You couldn't hard brake a tricycle with training wheels."

(Turns to everyone else) "Now for the rest of you, let's get rolling..."

Is that the one on the left or right...always get them confused!

I prefer putting my foot in the front tire like I used to with my bmx when both brakes broke off!
