After the recent WSBK success, Aprillia finds itself faces claims of running an illegal bike.
Suzuki Alstare Brux and Ducati Xerox are both complaining that the bike is a prototype and not a production bike.
They are (or were) of course, right since the RSV4 Factory had not been officially launched.

I can't find pricing anywhere though...I'm saddened to have ot assume that it's going to be in the 1098R pricing range

20,000 Euros or so and 15,000 GBP are the prices in Europe.

Puts it in the mid 20's here...

Not as bad as I thought it would be but still a bit out of my range for a bike. The non-factory model is rumored at being ~17k so this is cheaper but still out of range
