02 CBR 600 Add-ons - August 22, 2008, 09:41 AM

Ok, so I ride a 2002 Honda CBR 600 F4i and it's completly stock, from the mechanics to the body. I'm looking to get a smaller lighter pipe, flush mount LED front blinkers and a flush tail end. (get rid of that huge ugly black plastic ferring holding my plate and reflectors)

Any suggestions as to what worked well for you or those you know.

Price is not to much of an issue but top of the line is probably a bit out of my $$$ range.

I'll try to post pics of my bike this weekend, if you have any pics to show examples please share!!! Thanks!

Ok, I am finally ready to pull the damn trigger on this. If you had to choose one or the other, which one would you choose?

I'm leaning towards the hotbodies... but...

1: http://idealcycle.com/honda_models <-- For installed look (look at HONDA CBR F4i 2001-03 for pricing)

2: http://www.hotbodiesracing.com/en/pr...001-03_cbr_f4i

Please give your opinions based on look, fit, price. THANX!

I have the same bike and need some of that stuff too. I just ordered frame sliders but need the fender eliminator thing. I already have a D&D pipe though.

Mine has a fender eliminator(brand unknown), hugger(unknown), Micron pipe, smoked double-bubble windscreen(unknown), Hotbodies flush-mounted LED front turn signals, Corbin seat. Everything was on the bike when I got it, but the LEDs and the Corbin seat, which I highly recommend.

Yeah the add on's look good on your bike. there are a lot of unknowns but everything you have there are things I've been looking at. The Carbon seat? Is it formed differently, is it a bit gentler on your ass?

Hugger appears to be Pyramid, Screen looks like a Puig dark smoke.

Hedfan,
I have hot bodyracing on my 06 F4I and love it. Kit comes complete with everything you need minus what you need to cut the OEM License plate/blinkers.

I suggest a Dremmel tool or grinders for ease.

sprockets...drop 1 in front or add 2 in rear or both. Give you a ton more power down low.

pcIII, pipe, rejet, etc...
