Hi: My 98 Super Hawk has been garaged for a year. After charging the battery, the motor cranks but won't start. I was advised to drain the carbs, replace the gas and use tecraline or gumout to clear the passages. Unfortunately I don't know where the carb drain screw/bolt is. Do I have to remove the fairing to access it? Please help!

Constructive suggestions are appreciated!

Buy the Honda service manual.

It's been sitting for a year? You'll need to:
- remove the gas tank, and drain it
- replace any fuel filters
- remove the carbs, disassemble and clean them (you might want to leave this task to someone more experienced)
