Well a few of my friends and I were out riding around Woodbridge last night. Two of my friends are on 1999 (I think) Gixxer 750s, and my other friend was on a ZX6R (not sure of the year). Well, there was no traffic out and we decided to get loose a few times. When we rolled on the throttle, I walked the ZX6 down with ease. I pulled even with my friend Kevin on his 750, but we had to stop before the light turned red. At the green light, I got everyone from the takeoff and pulled out to a good lead before the light ahead turned red again. Same thing happend later in the evening when my friend Danny brought out his 750. Honda rules baby!!!

I don't make a hobby out of reading performance data, but I'd say that equal riders the Gix 750 is faster. That leads me to the conclusion that you are a better rider than the guy on the gix and thats why you won. Good news for you because you can't buy skills.

Oh... racing on the street is dangerous.

That's due to rider incompetency...you shouldn't be able to walk a 750
From the roll on, I walked down the ZX6. Kevin and I are pretty equal as far as our skills go. Danny, on the otherhand, is fairly new to drag racing and doesnt quite have a good take off yet.

And Bammer, I know racing in the streets is dangerous, but if anyone got hurt it would have only been us. We raced down a stretch of road where there was no traffic at all.
