Question Is Honda Developing a 1000cc Supermoto for Europe? - August 16, 2006, 08:01 AM

We can wish...

By Dirck J. Edge
A rumor circulating in Europe is that Honda may introduce a 1000cc Supermoto styled similar to the FMX 650 Supermoto already on sale in Europe. The bike would reportedly use a version of the engine found in the Varadero Adventure Tourer (1000cc, 90 degree, V-Twin).
If this rumor becomes a reality for 2007, expect to see it revealed this Fall in Europe.

In Motorcyclist their was a pic of a concept bike from Honda. It used the rc51 motor and cbr 1000 swingarm. Pretty wicked looking but it will never make it to the states!
