Evolve GT @ Summit Point 6/1 & 6/2 - May 22, 2019, 05:34 AM

Will anyone here be going to the track days mentioned in title of this post?
I'm seriously thinking about heading to the Sunday 6/2 track day.

I did a few events last year with Motorcycle Xcitement but never with Evolve GT; dont think it will be much different other than the group of people. Still would be nice to have a friend there.

Hi Amit. Thank you for the reminder that I needed to register. Evolve GT is a really good organization and personally my favorite. It falls in between the more loosely runs days of MotorX and the tight and sometimes clique-ish N2. Everyone is friendly. The coaches are great and love to help. I will only be running on the 2nd at Main as I am not a fan of Jefferson.

I'm a maybe. EvolveGT also has events out at Pitt Race that weekend. I've wanted to get out to that track but it often fills up as it's a popular track.

There is a huge difference between Motorcycle Xcitement and Evolve. Evolve is much more professional and the pace in the groups is way faster than Xcitement. Evolve actually reviews you before a bump, not the almost "ask and get a bump" from company X.

With Evolve I run E3. I will be out at Main in I/A with MARRC tomorrow. That could prove frustrating on the SV if it is crowded.

Well it was a good 4 sessions Sunday morning anyway. Fewer people were passing me as the day went on, so I must be getting faster on the SV. I called it quits when the rain came right when we were supposed to go back out at 2:15.

I think everyone except the kid on the 300 class bike had at least 30 more HP than me. I was hoping Andre would come out on his FZ-07, but we either mis-timed it or he didn't get out in E3.
