Anyone got Firebolt plastics to rent/borrow? - August 19, 2009, 10:57 AM

My bikes in shop for another week or 2, and I don't have anything for a trip I'm going on from friday till next weekend (1 week). Need to borrow some street plastics so i can ride legally, I know their expensive I can give ya a deposit or rent them from ya, fully liable for all damages but won't be riding hard. Will be your best friend ever to, I'm pretty desperate here. Hell I'll mow your lawn, hook up some movies, whatever.

Thanks!

You went down in the spring and you still don't have new plastics?

Bobby is the unnamed shop unable to get your bike streetable after all?

We can get you some lights hooked up if you want to run it naked, thats not a problem.

I think at this point everythings put topgether as a rolling chassis, need a way to mount a brakelight and mirrors and signals, so need tail and front fairing. Shop said my fairings are primered so already in the stage of getting painted.

Nothing local on ebay or craigs, and think I been blacklisted on the Buell forums for thinking 1125 vs. 600 in AMA wasn't fair.

fog lights are $20 at advanced auto

red tape is $4 if that....red tape is legal, as long as it doesn't tear and make the white bulb visible.
