Ducati Red Interior Paint? - October 24, 2011, 09:13 AM

OK, so I'm getting a condo, and I want to do an accent wall in the living room with Ducati red. Does anyone know what the corresponding shade would be for interior paint? I'm thinking one of the following, but I'm not sure.

Grenadine # S-G-180-S-G-180U

Red Geranium Interior Paint ( GLR06 D8 )

Paint Color SW6867 Fireworks - Sherwin-Williams

Paint Color SW6868 Real Red - Sherwin-Williams

Thanks!!

(Mods, feel free to move if this thread is in the wrong place.)

Just make your condo look like a Starbucks. Any Ducati owner will feel right at home.

Print something out from the internet and bring it in and they can color match it.

Just make sure that your printout doesn't say "Ducati Red" on it. That adds $100 per gallon.

See, now you're just giving me *more* interior-design ideas.

For those who are curious, here's a couple shots of the finished wall...the fuzzbutt in the one picture is Kiya, my 9-month-old German Shedder.

Looks nice! How many coats did it take you before it showed up the way you wanted it? I'm guessing at least 3.

I've seen it on FB... its fascinating. There is one picture of a can of paint. One picture of a brush. One picture of a red wall, and 87 pictures of Von in the mirror with various hats in a number of different poses.
