Weed wacker brigade, assemble. Count your pennies up now....

http://www.asphaltandrubber.com/bike...nja-250r-leak/

Article states that the images were pulled from Kawasaki's Japan corp. site. No word on if it will be available in the US for 2013.

Now to see if the zx6r gets some love this year, although I love my bug eye.

Wow, that really looks fantastic, its great to see some competition in the 250 class lead to the bar being raised across the board. So aside from KTM who is gonna venture in to the 250 > 600 cc range.

First CBR, now this. I wonder why they are interested in introducing these bikes to the US market all of the sudden? Maybe the price point of 600s and 1Ks is out of reach for too many people and they want to have something cheaper on offer.

Hasn't the ninja 250 had been a good selling model for kawasaki, even in the US, for a very long time? It doesn't seem all of a sudden to me. This seems to be a response to the cbr taking away some of the old ninja's business.

That thing is pretty sick looking. IF it has a digital tach, I would be all over picking one up off craigslist. And then I could put my wife on it....sometimes.

No. It's been around for along time, but not a huge seller. Dealers we often forced to take ninja 250s to get better selling sportbikes.

... it is their #1 selling motorcycle. Not sure where you got your info or if you are just making a guess.
