Exclamation 2015 Kawasaki ZX10R: 30th anniversary Edition - May 6, 2014, 02:40 PM

So glad they are not changing this bike....Ive had both of mines since 2011 and its is the best bike I have ridden/owned .....

In 1984, Kawasaki changed the motorcycle world forever with the introduction of the first ever Ninja sportbike. It was the original supersport, beginning a new era with its advanced technology, refined power and sexy full faring looks like none other in existence.
Fresh off Tom Sykes' 2013 World Superbike Championship and 30 years after the revolutionary machine first took the world by storm, we celebrate the iconic Ninja with the special release of a commemorative 30th Anniversary Edition Ninja ZX-10R and Ninja ZX-6R. Complete with industry leading technology, world-renowned Ninja pedigree, special edition 30th Anniversary badging and World Superbike inspired graphics; the new 2015 Ninjas are your opportunity to ride into Ninja history

they have the 2015 636 up also....but ill let someone else post that.

yeah...im a slag...I was so deep into salvage and used bike....until 2004 when I got my first new bike (04zx10R)

then I got a second one for the track....
Since then I have brought two of that gen zx10Rs ...for street and track....

and the new every two was beating my pockets....and I always said...this might be my last new bikes....

then this one came out and I was like....my god...this bike feels so damn good.....

Pretty easy to ride fast....
and I was hoping it would not change for a while...so now I got my wish..at least 4 years and hoping for 5 to 6 years no change...

well....BOLD NEW GRAPHICS.....
and the electronic damper and easy connecting plug for the Ohlins electronic shock.

My big brother had an '86 Ninja. I sat on it once, kicked up the stand and proceeded to almost drop it in the garage. lol

Time flies...

I think one reason Kaw is now on every grid is the race package they sell....
Not sure about other Factories, but Kaw sell a helluvah good package...race harness with Race ECU, Full blown TC anti dive, anti wheelie....and in most stock classes...its legal...
Not sure about the race cams...

it really is an easy bike to go fast...not much getting use to like the other ones..
it feels middle of the road.

Ill see how i like it again this weekend....especially with my fav tires.

Out of all the 1000's right now on the market I think the ZX10 is the best value hands down. 5K less then all the superstars out right now with just as much tech and near the same if not the same horse power.

Yeah I am old enough to know better. Thing is, I just don't care.

^^agreed. If I was in the market for a new supersport, it would be a choice between the Kawi and Duc

Remember when in 84 ..some of us were in High School and you heard the name Ninja and it scared you a little bit. Then you saw your first Ninja Sportbike and you thought.."That's straight death" or was that just me?................. Still love mine btw.
