Just picked up my from Valley Cycle today ( thanks for the hookup James ) and was told that Kawasaki has issued a bulliten to not polish the silver versions. Apparently the porous non-clearcoated finish can be ruined by the polishing compounds. They suggested only using soap/water to clean the bike.

Im glad I was told this as Im going to sell the stock bodywork once I break the bike in ( its my new track bike ).

If you have already ruined your bodywork, keep an eye out for mine on EBay in about 2 weeks, lol.
