touch up for my green 636? - July 20, 2009, 11:23 AM

so i found a paint chip on my tank yesterday. whats a good way to fix this up? i found touchup paint on colorrite for $15.00 http://www.colorrite.com/product/kaw...green-1503.cfm but i also heard of some wax or something that comes in a stick... whats better to get? im also thinking about fixing up some small scratches and chips on my fairings.

I have a color rite Kawi green touch up pen, barely used that I bought last year (like $22 after shipping). I don't know how long the things are good for but you can have it if you want. Free of course, got the clear coat pen too.

I hate the damn things personally but if it's a small area it might be fine.

I'm in Manassas, you can grab it today if you want. Anytime from 4:45 to 9 or so is fine with me or I can mail it to you if you don't feel like sitting in traffic. But if you are looking for a dude you're going to be waiting a long time, lol.

I just checked them out btw and the paint is flowing like new. It's 617, still true to color. There's an Exxon station right off 66 and the business 234 exit if that works..
