2005 SV650 HELP?! - October 8, 2009, 05:04 PM

Hi guys,

One of my good friends wanted me to post this here since he sucks at the internet thing but he has been reading the forums. I'm going to copy and paste his email and link him to it so that he could read this. I know a lot of people here have a wealth of info on SVs. Any info will be appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi All,

As the title suggests I am looking for information on bolt kits/bolt
sizes, I have tried looking through the other posts on here but cant
see anything, sorry if I have missed a previous posting.

I have recently purchased a 2005 SV650S in Yellow that was supplied
with an After-market lower fairing but no bolts. Now I have been able
to clean and repair some parts of the bike, I want to fit the fairing
to complete her ready for the open road.

If anyone has any info / advice then please let me know.

I believe these are the correct list of bolts and supports:

- Right Side Support
- Radiator Support
- Short Rivet
- Long Rivet x 4
- Hinge
- Adhesive tape

Already did about if there was available brackets that would help him fit the fender that he already bought. I need to pick his brain one of these days when I spot him at a meet.

In any case, I figured there are a lot of people that race SVs here that I'm sure has converted the S to full fairing??
