Looking for a street or racing SV650 no older than 2004 with less than 4000 miles on it. Mileage is negotiable with condition of bike. S model preferred, but not absolutely necessary. I don't care what color it is. Mods or not, I don't care. Spare parts for late model SV's, please post em up if you want to get rid of them. I would really like to find a set of wheels as well.

Thanks

Why do you want a newer version? They have more crank problems than the originals and that's before you even modify them.

A couple examples:

Why cut off at '04? '03 is the start of the 2nd generation.

isn't there a CCS rule about bikes only 2 years old? (possible why for 04 or newer) Is this for your race bike? I have a co-worker that has one if they know of anything and let you know on Monday.

The 2 year rule is set by factories for contingency money. They used to pay only in the expert classes. It may be different now.

1.An '03 could be a consideration, but the younger the bike the more likely it'll be to have even lower mileage.

2.Thanks, Trav, but the crank will probably be replaced.

3.Nudist, how much do you want for yours, I know you took care of it.

4.I appreciate the feedback from everybody. It will help a lot. And I am following up with alot of the leads already.

5.Stop highjacking my friggin' post, you buch of pirates....

Thanks again.

I dont know if it would be a proper match...since mine is a pretty nice street bike, and your looking to get rid of all that...

Anywho, mine is a 2004 (title in hand) and Im asking 4,250 and there is enough stuff on there for you to sell and make at least 5-750 bucks (assuming you sell the plastics and what not), so I think thats fair.
