I did a little research back when I had an 02 Gixxer 600.

I liked the Yoshimura. It also seemed to be a favorite among the gixxers I saw at the track this year.

IMO--

best $ value - M4
very good -- Yoshimura
Money is no object -- Arata, Arrow, Akrapovic, TiForce.

The latest rumor amongst gixxer racers is that the Arrow system is giving the most hp.

I had the yosh TRS titanium bolt-on, on my 03 750. I just bought and installed a DEVIL SB2 highmount Carbon Fiber, it looks sweet, and has a really nice sound. I can try to get a sound clip/video of it tonight if you would like, just email me, and I can send it over to you. Call Chris at CCP Performance (1.800.619.291. He is a cool guy and got me a sweet deal on my exhaust.
