Any recommendations on who makes saddlebag brackets or other support frame for a late 90's GSX1100G?

I stopped by my local wrench yesterday (Annapolis Motor Sports) while he was finishing some work on a customer's GSX.

The customer added some throwover-type soft saddlebags to his scoot, but it seems that the bags need to be better mounted. As they sit now, they're literally right on the exhaust pipe, and in the twisties they're gonna scrape against his tire.

Thanks in advance for any info.
