I assume you are talking about a GSX-R600. KBB lists trade-in as:

I just like the look of the 04 better! I have about 3800 miles on my 03 GSX-R and that is pretty good milage for that year bike.

got any accessories on it, that I could buy before you trade it in?

04 has inverted forks, up to date look and I think radial calipers.
