Wow, Dan...

ever since you got that RC you have been acting a little strange lately...

you feeling ok?

Does anyone know the exact dyno results of the 750 compared to the R1?

Seems i just talked to someone that told me the 750 was right there with the litre bike...

Hmm, well according to Motorcyclist magazine the GSXR 750 puts out 123 hp while the R1 puts out 136 hp. Not exactly "right there". The R1 and GSXR 1000 are closer than that. Besides my two are putting out 155 and 158 with stock internals. Don't think you'll see that from a 750 with stock internals. R1's gain a tremendous amount with a full aftermarket pipe and airbox.

Anyone know where Aaron Yates is in the AMA Supersport points this year?

Well, I can't tell you much about what those bikes are like, or whether the riders just rock, but I did find this month's Motorcyclist Magazine article on the GSXR1000 to be rather interesting .

Quote:
The Old GSX-R1000 walloped everything in it's path in '01 and '02, and because the '03 bike beats the '02 bike nearly everywhere, the rest is simple deductive logic. Suzuki ended this year's literbike shootout before it ever began.

Hmm, well you certainly should be very proud that your R1 makes so much more than the 750. I'm sure I'll here that this is measured at the flywheel or something, but the GSXR1000 is making 152 hp with stock internals, stock pipe, and stock airbox.

And my SV makes like 62, but I still managed to beat the R1 that started in front of me in the Mock race at VIR!!!!!!
