Ahh, the Jamie James R1. I saw one of those at the dealer in Jacksonville, NC last March. Just throw on a pipe, stickers, some Ohlins bits and you'll have the same thing.

You shoulda seen Grendel.
Over a million dollars worth of trick factory superbikes around the paddock and he's drooling over this thing...
malaki is right...it's a pretty trick bike. And Jamie James is a great guy. If I had the cash I'd get one...

Let it be known that I made that observation 1st Here I was surrounded by Superbikes and all I could do was cream over this bad boy!

I know it's not worth the asking but, you had to see the bike. The whole thing just reecked of quality. In my book, I'd rank it up their with any exotic.

Pretty much, but not quite.....there's quite a bit of engine work done; as well as custom radial caliper mounts, wave rotors, custom triples, etc....Still not worth the money IMHO.
How much we talking about?

are you guys thinking of Jesse James the owner of West Coast Choppers, cause his R1 is similar to that but even better looking. I cant find any pictures of it on the net :dunno: I saw it on a discovery channel special called motorcycle mania.
