A Pair Of Sweet Sounding R1's on Mulholland - July 18, 2011, 05:02 PM

Let it roll. He gets them coming up and down about 10 times. Sweetest pair of R1's I've ever heard. I think they're running Akra's

Surprisingly they sounded the same to me.
Usually I don't like exhaust tone of any shorty system. Too raspy and rough. Long pipes and cans give me the nice mellow low growl and boom I like to hear.

Riders dragging knee, cars, road bikes, spectators along the roadside. No wonder there's always video of people wrecking on that road.Must take balls to ride a bicycle on it.I couldn't do it.Seeing the motorcycles blow past that road biker,I would've pooped my pantaloons!

ALL MY HEROES ARE RUSSIAN...GO CAPS!

Well you see, Norm, it’s like this…A herd of buffalo can only move as fast as the slowest buffalo. And when the herd is hunted, it is the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first. This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members. In much the same way, the human brain can only operate as fast as the slowest brain cells. Now, as we know, excessive intake of alcohol kills brain cells. But naturally, it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first. In this way, regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine. And that, Norm, is why you always feel smarter after a few beers.-Cliff Claven

It's a different mentality in California. People are not as judgmental of others. You do your thing and I'll do mine. If shit happens then so be it, that's life.

Same reason why I hate the whole "take it to the track" mentality. The track and the street are NOT comparable. But that's a whole other topic and I do not mean to hijack.
