I think. (they SHOULD work)

To upload your Personal Profile Picture and Avatar Picture,

Step 1, ensure that neither are larger then 5K
Step 2. ensure the demensions of your Avatar are not bigger then 125x125 pix
and your Profile picture is not bigger then 200x200 pix
Step 3. Click on your name in the "Who's Online" block in the Lower Left hand corner of the Website.
Step 4. Click on the Link that says "Add your Picture".

1 of 2 things will happen, it will work or it won't

if it doesn't work for you , Click on "My Account" and continue using the avatars that are on the site.

Message Board Picture/Avatar has to be a .GIF file
Personal Profile has to be a .JPG file

Good Luck,

Rixride

If you change a Jpeg to a Gif the quality will Degrade, I will figure out away to do the opposite,

The GIF is what will be showed on the Message Board,
The Jpeg will be shown in your profile..

I will see if there is a way to reverse the two.
