DCSBN Publication
We are planning to put together a publication for the site. It would be a monthly publication with Features such as bike upgrades, race reports, reviews, latest news and events in our area. I know some of you have been interested in being a part of something like this.

So we are looking for a few good people who fit these descriptions:

Managing Editor- (1)
-Someone to facilitate the publication- this person would be in charge of content, editors authors, editorials and developers. Your main job is to manage the whole team and ensure the publication goes out on time. Responsibilities would include help in raising funds to support the publication, Create deadlines and time tables for content and managing other editors to do the same. Create process and procedures, and our policy and guidelines. Your first responsibility is to create a roadmap of the content and what we will cover, then set a goal for the first publication.

Editors- (3)
-Editors would be in charge of authoring and editing content. This would include going to events to cover stories, performing interviews, writing articles, test driving bikes and gear and writing reviews or even obtaining articles from free lance writers.

Graphics Designer (1)
Person would be in charge of creating graphics, organizing the layout of the publication, and editing pictures for the publication.

Photographer (2)
-Responsible for taking pictures at events or gatherings.

Copy Editor (1)
-Person responsibility is to ensure there are no grammatical errors or typos in the publication.

I think this would be a very fun project to do together. If you are serious about being a part of this team please post below. Please also indicate how much time you would be willing to put towards this project a month and what experience if any that you have that would make you a good candidate. You can also email us with any questions: <a href="mailto:info@dcsportbikes.n...bikes.net</a>

We would prefer you have experience in what you are applying for but its not necessary except for managing editor. What is necessary is a commitment to follow through.

If you are applying for Managing Editor, please include a resume to <a href="mailto:info@dcsportbikes.n...tbikes.net</a> and any relevant experience you have in the field.

Hey Rick,

As i mentioned before, I enjoy writing and would be happy to contribute. Probably don't have enough time to be an editor, but I'd be happy to make my self available as a freelance writer as needed! I think my first article will be a review of your track R6!
