All Members, please take a moment and read the updated Terms of Service.
Section 6 "Your Conduct" has been updated.

6. Your Conduct.
Forum Conduct The following explains our basic forum standards/guidelines for conduct. Any violation of these standards/guidelines may result in warning or loss of membership: We have no intention of preventing anyone from saying anything, however, please be advised that flames, any conduct that may be unlawful, illegal, threatening, harmful, abusive, harassing, stalking, tortious, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, offensive or objectionable will not be tolerated. We wont be closing threads or deleting posts because we disagree with you. If a thread degenerates into flaming, it will be closed. If a thread contains a heated argument between several members, each of whom disagree, but each of whom are debating the issue at hand, it will stay open. If any member is offended by any comments in that discussion, he/she should contact the forum Moderator or an Administrator to close the thread for review. If the argument/discussion gets out of hand the administrators/moderators of DCSportbikes.net reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread/post for any reason. We realize that there is a "gray area" of judgment with vulgarity but we ask that you will respect others by avoiding vulgarity. Please bear in mind that these are only guidelines; there is always a "gray area" and we understand that. Use your best judgment, as we will use our best judgment. Enjoy the site; Please respect other members, their views, their time and their opinions ... even if you disagree with them. By clicking the Agree button, you warrant that you accept these standards/guidelines, and that they maybe updated or modified at anytime in the interest of the site. You also agree that the administrators/moderators of DCSportbikes.net have the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread/post for any reason...........

This would only apply to members who have clicked agree since the inception of this rule. You can't amend the TOS after we've joined. You'd have to make us rejoin.

If you drink and ride, I have no pity for you. At all, ever.
