http://the7dollarswatworkout.blogspot.com/

Warning.Do not do this workout. I mean it. It's entirely too awesome for the likes of you. O.K. that may not be true, but don't do it anyway. Anybody who fails to follow the aforementioned statement takes all liabilities upon themselves. There will be no coming after my money and house and stuff

The 7 dollar SWAT workout.

In order to be mission capable, a SWAT Operator needs several things:

1) To know what missions he and his team are capable of.

2) To have trained frequently and successfully in the missions that the team claims to be able to perform.

3) To know the policies and procedures related to the team.

4) To have the gear necessary to perform those missions.

5) To be physically capable of performing the teams skill sets / missions.

6) To be proficient in tactical medicine.

The $0 SWAT Workout.
Isometrics.

You meant the home that alleged contained drugs, but did not, as the SWAT Team did a dynamic entry and shot you to death in front of your family because they thought you shot at them, but what really happened was one of the SWAT team members accidentally discharged their weapon on the way in.

ooh, yeah.

Shit. Sorry about that Von. That was completely accidental. I had too many tabs open. I thought I was posting this in a different thread.

Nice man...nice.... why mess up my legitimit thread man...it didnt get that far off track...

I found this after looking for chin up straps... Ill take a picture of my upside down set up i have at home. I had a pole welded up and 3 people can do pull ups side by side, but I had it made for my gravity boots to do upside down sit ups.

Anyway, since I have the tore up wrist with 2 metal plates..its hard to grip the pole straight across, but this would help take the strain off the bad wrist and put it on the forearm.
