1st yes you are in danger of breaking the law. Your in posession of a controlled substance while under age. I would sujest if your the only one who is gonna be able to get it or what ever you use a car and carry it in the trunk. Your best bet though is to have someone of age go get it and bring it back.

2nd, There have been several posts on here as of late for IT guys. Check them out for your bro. It shouldn't be that hard for him to find something outta those or even baseline IT work else where.

Your taking VODKA to a 3 hr ride party??? Bad idea to begin with if you have to ride back. I would not be getting caught up in that if I were you.

Sounds like a beach getaway with your girl?? What I would do, if I were still 20, is pack that shit in my girl's backpack and be on my merry way. But now I'm getting old and try to be more responsible, I would have to recommend u leave the bottle at home.

dude if i was you i would leave the drinks period, i mean if you are going to spend some time with your girl wouldn't you want to remember the good times!
unless you are going to be looking at eye candy at the beach, then you can blame it on the alcohol

Ummm... its totally legal to have POSSESION of alcohol if over 18 ( hence your servers being able to serve beer, wine, etc.)
Obviously, make for certain that the bottles are UNOPENED!!!

Underage servers are allowed so serve because they are being monitored, underage possession is illegal even if it is an unopened bottle. I had friends in HS who got tickets for it, it is a misdemeanor

http://www.vsb.org/publications/brochure/minor.html

In Va, for underage possession, $500 fine, Minimum 50 hr community service, license suspension.

yea, sneaky is best, we use to make vodka collins and bring em to school in gatorade bottles. For vodka water bottles are best, no one questions carrying water.

Damn, I can't spell today! gatorade with an extra g and water with two t's, some one get me hooked on phonics!
