Accountant / Numbers people - November 8, 2012, 08:27 AM

Okay so this one is wayyyyy not motorcycle related but I figured it can't hurt to ask.

I have to generate a Break Even Template, Cash Flow Statement, Income Statement, and Balance sheet for a class. We had to come up with a business and I used my brothers restaurant that he just started so I have some actual numbers to use but no friggin idea where to start.

Yes, I know, learn basic accounting. I am working on that crap but in the short term any of you Accounting types bored and want to help a brother out.

Yeah, kinda....or at least that part of it. This is a small part of a massive project. Have to generate an elaborate branding campaign, design a site, come up with a commercial, shoot said commercial oh....and also do some business stuff. I will be happy when this semester is over.

If your brother just started a restaurant, he should already have all these in his business plan. Or his Accountant will. Use their templates. Why reinvent the wheel for a class?

If he doesn't have any of these, frankly, you are trying to model what will most likely be a failed business.

BTW -
Microsoft Excel offers hundreds of free business templates - from basic to complicated with macros and chart generation which are free to download here: Excel Templates - Office.com
