OUR NEW DOG NEEDS A NAME! - June 10, 2009, 09:49 PM

So we're adopting our second dog from Arlington Animal Welfare League! They have him named Panda but we're definitely changing that, any suggestions? Oh and by the way no human names! Yes sorry but she's a bit of a stickler about that!

If your interested in some great looking puppies, Arlington Animal Welfare League has several of his brothers and sisters still left for adoption. They say the litter is Pitbull / Chow Mix however we can't see the resemblance at all!
This link will take you directly to the dogs available scroll down just a little bit and you'll see the litter starting with Donald and Beethoven!

at that age they ALL look the same. In 3 months you will start to see the lines pointing to his breed. We rescued a lab pit mix two years ago and for weeks we swore they didnt know what they were talking about. Now, he looks just like what you would expect a lab pit mix to look like.

Good on you for rescuing, it is so much more rewarding than buying from a breeder. Oh, and I have always wanted to name a dog 'Frank' but my wife wont let me.

I vote P.O.O. (Phantom Of the Opera)

Congrats on the adoption. I have rescued two previously owned dogs and they have become the most awesome dogs ever!

Guzz, how can you name a dog Poo? And, Panda is a cute name, not a kickass name, sorry. If you had like a cocker spaniels, but this is a Pit-Chow. I say Shiner it is!! Anyway, it's funny, dammit. Oh, and this is all IMHO, LOL.

He's definitely not going to be called Panda. So far she's thinking either Oreo or Ace!
