Just don't forget that alcohol is a pretty solid cause of having a gut. And the proteins in beer induce hunger, my not be helpful if you're on a diet.

I love how that article says up to 40oz of coffee. How much caffeinne is in that? Nothing like being a part of a damaging chemical dependency.

*edit* and the problem with fruit smoothies you buy at most places isn't that they use high calorie fruit, but that they all add an extra tablespoon or two of pure sugar.

Steve, up until this point you've never had a problem with my gut.....

And yes, it says up to 40oz of coffee, but the article also says something about caffeine limiting that to much less.

Amen to the Fruit Smoothie thing. They would be pretty good for you without all that sugar.
