Andy Rooney dies at age 92 - November 5, 2011, 09:29 AM

14 January 1919 -- 4 November 2011

I'll always remember Andy Rooney as being the only part of 60 minutes that I liked when I was kid, a time when there was one tv in the house and dad decided what was on. He also symbolized the few minutes prior to when the Dukes of Hazard came on.

Cheers to a fantastic career, Mr. Rooney!

Same here. When we got a second tv, it was a small black and white one. None of this HD kids are used to.

RIP Andy.

Probably.....he had a job as long as he wanted. When he officially made his last broadcast I thought some health stuff was up.

RIP

He missed a week with, then made his last broadcast. That made me think something was up with his health.
