Another big thanks to Mike 452 LE - June 30, 2008, 09:23 AM

Friday late afternoon, I went to check on my townhouse and found that there's a leakage of water coming from the a/c unit, called Mike right away and he sent one of best guy and found the problem. I told the guy that he can work on it 1st thing in the morning of Saturday. 8am there he was and fixed the problem.

Oh and I got a good deal on it too and decided to get the maintenance plan

thanks again Mike.

Not always, but it is a good point after cleaning out the condensate line. Good filtration, proper maintenence including pan inspection/ coil cleaning, refrigerant pressures, and proper airflow can make these repairs less frequent.

As always, glad to help in any way.

-Mike

Again, thanks guys!! Just caught word from a customer I engineered a hybrid system for last year (Feb '07). They are dumbfounded as to why the only spent less than $400 on propane for hot water and heat...... FOR THE PAST YEAR!!! The highest electric bill was $63 (heat or cool) on a 2800 sq foot single family home!

Much appreciation for the support!!!
